Our standard cleaning covers all the essentials to make your home sparkle: cleaning and vacuuming floors, cleaning bathrooms, the kitchen, living areas, dusting, and more. You can also select additional services such as fridge and oven cleaning when booking.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?

Yes, we bring everything needed for your cleaning, including all supplies and equipment.

Can I request special tasks or extras?

Absolutely! You can select additional tasks or special services at the time of booking for an extra fee.

Do you move furniture?

For the safety of both our team and your furniture, we do not move heavy furniture. However, we'll clean around and under lighter items.

Do you pick up my mess?

We'll gladly tidy up light messes before starting your cleaning service.

What won't Huntsville Maid Service clean?

For health and safety reasons, our team cannot clean blood, feces, vomit, or urine from animals or humans. We also do not wash dishes, pots, or cups. However, if your dishwasher is empty, we'll gladly load it for you.

What is your pet policy?

We don't charge a pet fee. If your pets are not comfortable with new people, please make arrangements to have them put somewhere safe during the cleaning.

Can I apply a coupon to an existing appointment?

Coupons can be applied at the time of booking to receive a discount on your service.

What if I skip a service?

Please let us know of any changes to your scheduled service at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any fees.

What cleaning frequencies do you offer?

We offer weekly, biweekly, monthly, one-time deep cleaning, and light touch-up services to fit your needs.

Do you offer hourly cleaning?

We do not offer hourly cleaning. Our pricing is based on the job, so you'll know exactly what to expect.

What is your cancellation policy?

No, there are no cancellation fees. However, please notify us in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.

What is your satisfaction guarantee?

If you're not satisfied with your cleaning, we'll come back and re-clean within a 24-hour window (excluding weekends and holidays). If you're still not happy, we'll offer you a full refund.

Can I trust my cleaning professional?

Do you have insurance?
